Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders ship the next business day from our US warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following business day.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $25 or more. For orders under $25, the shipping rate is shown at checkout.

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Wrong address, missing package, or anything else — contact us at hello@growbies.com and we'll sort it out.
